Matilda Jr. Performance Dates
Students do not go home between school and the show. They begin getting ready immediately after school. Some snacks will be provided.
Friday, May 15, 2026: Understudy show, 6 pm
Tuesday, May 19, 2026: Main cast show #1, 6 pm
Thursday, May 21, 2026: Main cast show #2, 6 pm
Friday, May 22, 2026: Main cast show #3, 6 pm
Costume Pieces DUE MAY 5
Students need to bring some items from home to complete their costume. These items need to be at school by May 5.
Most performers will need to provide black flat footwear for their costume. Please search/shop/borrow/thrift now.
Suggested types: black sneakers, canvas sneakers, Sperry's, ballet flats, dress shoes, Mary Jane's, loafers, oxfords, jazz shoes, jazz sneakers.
No crocs. No sandals. No slides. No white soles.
Other costume items to bring from home:
Acrobat: jazz or ballet shoes
Mums: low heeled dress shoes or character shoes
Big Kids/Little Kids: actors assigned to wear skirts or rompers should provide shorts for underneath
